My name is Gloria Thomas. My husband, Frank, and I are both natives of Sarasota, Florida. We grew up going to the beach and when we moved to Franklin, TN in 1992 we began to vacation on the Florida Panhandle and fell in love with the area. We retired and moved to Freeport, Florida in 2018 and are once again near the beach.

In 1999 we bought our first condo and I have been managing them since 2001. We have owned condos on Okaloosa Island and Santa Rosa Beach and now only own at San Remo which is on 30-A, Santa Rosa Beach.

I am a very “hands on” owner and manager and I welcome any questions by email or by phone.

The condo unit has 1360 sq ft and is located on Santa Rosa Beach. The complex sets back a little because of the natural pond. This gives a lot of privacy to the condo. San Remo is gated for security. It also features a large pool side community room with full kitchen available for meeting, reunions, wedding receptions, etc. There is also an exercise room available with new equipment. We are located just half a mile from Gulf Place shopping and a couple miles from Grayton Beach. The condo is professionally decorated with beautiful furniture, art,and oriental rugs. Our patio is furnished with furniture that has made it an outdoor living area. It is very comfortable and relaxing!
